Vacation home rental: We have three (3) bedrooms (includes loft area). There is a king bed in the master bedroom, with a private master bath; the second bedroom has a queen bed; the loft area features a queen bed and twin bed; there is a second bathroom; the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa. The Unit sleeps up to nine (9) guests; there are 4 separate flat-screen TVs with cable channel; and a DVD player in the living area. There is also unit-wide free WiFi.
This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, dining table (seats 6), and private balcony. It also includes a fireplace for those chilly Tennessee nights. Firewood is available at the complex office at no charge. Access is made by an electronic lock. The Unit Owner will provide the access code to confirmed guest prior to check-in. There is no need to check in (or out) with the complex office.
**Please note: the unit is located on the 3rd floor accessed by stairs; there is no elevator. No pets allowed on complex (COA rules). **
Located on Cove Mountain of East Tennessee, this Summit of Gatlinburg resort is 3 miles from the iconic Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Unit #5305 faces Mount Harrison for views of nothing but mountains.

When staying at Unit #5305, you are 25 minutes from Cades Cove, horse rides, hiking, and golfing; located above Ober Gatlinburg which offers all seasons activities including downhill skiing and snowboarding.
The property is 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and 5 miles from the Smoky Mountain Winery. The Dollywood theme park is 6 miles away in Pigeon Forge, TN.
We offer specials occasionally, such as active military discounts; off-season discounts; etc.. So be sure to ask about any specials when contacting us to make your reservations. Looking for a less-than-minimum night stay, please ask for availability, as we do have some on occasion.

In lieu of a damage deposit, we require all guests to pay a damage waiver fee of $39.00.
We offer the ability to make multiple payments, based on booking and reservation dates. There is also an option to purchase travel insurance when you are booking. We will not be responsible for your failure to purchase travel insurance.
Cancellation/Modification: This policy applies to all non-holiday dates; holiday dates cancellation/modification follows this paragraph: Cancellations/Modifications made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 cancellation/modification fee; Cancellations/Modifications made less than 60 days prior to your arrival will receive no refund of nightly rates, taxes, or any payment processing fees; the cleaning and damage protection fees will be refunded.
